AI SaaS Product

Website Design & Development -
Correlatio had built a genuinely sophisticated AI platform for the managed service provider market, but its web presence failed to convey that sophistication to the people who needed to understand it quickly: MSP owners evaluating new tools, account managers seeking revenue intelligence, and technical staff assessing whether to recommend it to leadership.
The challenge was twofold. First, the product serves multiple distinct roles within an MSP organization, each with different pain points and different reasons to care. A single undifferentiated homepage was burying that complexity rather than clarifying it. Second, the site was not structured to convert. Visitors with genuine intent had no clear path to request a demo.
We rebuilt the site around role-based positioning, giving each user type a clear entry point and a clear outcome. The solution architecture was reorganized to prioritize business outcomes over features, reflecting how MSP buyers actually evaluate tools. The conversion flow was tightened around a single demo CTA, eliminating the friction that was slowing qualified prospects down and preventing them from taking action.
The result is a site that matches the credibility of the platform it represents. Role-based sections for owners, account managers, L1 techs, and L2/L3 techs each speak directly to the specific value SKAIA delivers in that context. The design is clean, fast, and technically structured for visibility in both Google and AI search from day one.
Client Testimonial -
"Before working with 10spring, we had a strong platform and a clear sense of what SKAIA could do for MSPs, but the website wasn't translating that into something a first-time visitor could grasp quickly. The role-based structure they built changed that significantly. For the first time, an MSP owner, an account manager, and a technician can each land on the site and immediately see how SKAIA is relevant to their specific situation.
The team understood our market well enough to ask the right questions and push back on copy that was too feature-heavy. They helped us lead with outcomes instead, which is how our best customers actually think about the platform.
The build was fast, the process was organized, and the result matches where Correlatio is headed, not just where we were when we started the project. We've received direct feedback from prospects who found the site credible and clear before we ever spoke with them. That is exactly what a website should do."
